By accessing Semurg you agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You shall not:
Semurg usage is metered in atoms — an internal unit of computational work. Atoms are consumed by LLM inference calls, PII shield operations, document ingestion, RAG queries, and agent executions. Pricing tiers and per-atom rates are displayed at checkout and on the billing page.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your identity credentials and any third-party API keys you provide to Semurg. Keys are stored encrypted in the user vault and used only for the model calls you explicitly request. Semurg is not liable for charges incurred on third-party provider accounts due to compromised keys.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. Outputs generated by LLM providers through Semurg are subject to the respective provider's terms of use. Semurg does not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
Semurg is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Semurg may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security threats, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days (per our data retention policy) to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Semurg operating entity is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of that jurisdiction.
